Our meals work well for most diets and nutritional needs. All ingredients are weighed & measured to ensure the closest nutritional and macronutrient content accuracy. Most of our dishes are gluten and dairy free, and we offer both vegan and vegetarian menu choices as well. We use non-GMO & organic ingredients, we do not use seed oils, and our recipes are low in sugar and sodium. Gather Fresh & Ready Meals are always served fresh and ready to eat. Just heat & enjoy. Simple as that.

Yes, a small delivery fee of $5.00 is charged per order. If you choose to pick-up at Left Coast Seafood, the delivery fee is waived.

Subscriptions are not required, but we offer exclusive discounts and rewards to our subscribers.

We deliver on Tuesdays, Thursday, Saturdays, and Sundays.  Delivery times vary depending on each order and home location.

We are currently working on rolling out our Loyalty Program, but you can still accumulate points!

All our meals are produced in facilities with known allergens on shared equipment. Although preventative measures are taken cross contamination may occur. We do not recommend our meals for those who may have any severe food allergies.

We do not offer modifications or substitutions for any of our meals at this time.

ALL of our meals are made fresh to order, and fresh is always best! However, you can still enjoy Gather Meals for up to 7 days if properly refrigerated* They can also be frozen up to three months.* *
