I loved the flavors of this dish. The blackened salmon had a spiciness that I loved, and it paired great with the coolness of the avocado and dill crema. The salmon, rice and broccoli were cooked perfectly. I loved veggies so I wish there was more broccoli, but overall a wonderful meal.
